TASTING NOTES

Expressive, elegant and complex, initially floral notes appear (violet type) mixed with red fruit (strawberry, currant) but as it oxygenates it hides these notes and surprises us with new ones that remind us of the mountain where the vineyard is located, fresh balsamic touches due to these aromatic herbs, thyme, rosemary chamomile. Silky entry, oily and round with a fresh finish due to the altitude of the vineyard.

INTERESTING INFORMATION

Caravaca de la Cruz is a land of history, culture and wine, embodied in the celebrations of the Caballos del vino and the festivities of the Santísima Vera Cruz. Legend has it (hence the tradition) that in the 13th century, the Knights Templar managed to bring wine on their horses to the castle of Caravaca to prevent the people from drinking poisoned water.
